RHODESIAN RIDGEBACK

Origin and use: The only recognized dog that came from South Africa where it was used in packs for lion hunting.
Height: dog 63 to 69 cm, bitch 61 to 66 cm
Weight: dog 34 to 36 kg, bitch 29 to 32 kg
Temperament: friendly, fearless, energetic, devoted, good watch-dog
Useful information: Ridgebacks should be brushed regularly and bathed about once a year.
