POODLE (STANDARD)

Origin and use: A very ancient breed originally used for hunting water-game in France.
Height: 45 to 56 cm
Weight: 20 kg
Temperament: eager to learn, very intelligent, obedient, happy, sensitive, nervous
Useful information: Dislikes solitude and adores humans but may develop minor personality problems. It should be brushed twice a week and clipped every month or two. Hair growing inside the ears should be removed.
