IRISH SETTER

Origin and use: The founding father of the present day Irish Setter was born in County Tyrone, Ireland, in 1862. The dog was originally a hunting dog used by falconers and for netting game.
Height: dog approximately 69 cm, bitch approximately 64 cm
Weight: dog approximately 32 kg, bitch approximately 27 kg
Temperament: temperamental, affectionate, gentle
Useful information: Examine the ears from time to time for ear mites. Brush the coat once or twice a week.
