COCKER SPANIEL

Origin and use: From England the Cocker is a hunter and retriever.
Height: dog 39 to 43 cm, bitch 38 to 39 cm
Weight: both sexes11 to 15 kg
Temperament: happy, gentle, affectionate
Useful information: Regularly clean excess wax from the inside of the ears as these dogs are prone to ear infections. If there are traces of congealed blood in the ear or the dog seems to be in pain consult your vet. Feed a Cocker moderately as they easily gain weight. A sedentary Cocker may become nervous and aggressive so it must be taken for long walks every day as well as good weekly runs.
